Pembroke Lights Office Refurbishment
Previous owners of this building, formerly the “Commissioner for Irish Lights” offices and laboratories, sought to refurbish the existing xx sq.m building, with various interventions, to create high-class but unique office accommodation: the old concrete structure was to be opened up and left exposed, original brass windows and terrazzo stairs with 1950’s detailing refurbished.
Pre-construction design development was highly progressed, with the tender stage complete, before a change of ownership forced a halt to the project. We have since obtained planning permission for the new owners for two options for redevelopment: a 98-bedroom hotel, and a greatly enlarged and improved office development of xx sq.m.
