Pearse Street | Refurbished façade revealed

We completed the refurbishment of this 1840’s house, a protected structure. The front façade had been rendered over many decades ago, but has been given a new lease of life: old Dublin “wiggan pointing” has been utilised in the repair of the brickwork, with lime render employed at ground level, and original sash windows carefully refurbished.

A new café will occupy the ground floor, with two 1-bed apartments overhead.
