Dublin City Council have just granted planning approval for this small in-fill residential development just next to Trinity College in the city centre.
Four apartments, including a live-work unit, are proposed in the conversion of this period house: strong contemporary detailing is proposed to counteract the old brick façade, particularly evident in the new roof-top apartment with west-facing terrace.
