Lombard St. East 7 Complete

Lombard Street East | Boutique Co-Living House
Located within sight of both Trinity College and the IFSC, this 3-storey-over-basement house at Lombard Street East, constructed in the 1840's, had been in use as various individual office units, having originally been a family barber shop with living accommodation over. Although in reasonable structural repair, almost all original period features had been removed.
We obtained planning permission to convert the building into a private house, with a new roof-top level and 5-storey rear extension, providing seven large en-suite bedroom suites, and generous shared living room, dining room and kitchen. The new interventions are purposely contemporary in style, contrasting with the original brick-work and decorative shop-front.
