The project is in progress, In fill atrium at 8 Dawson Street consists of two separate buildings: an elegant Georgian house to the front and a former church hall to the rear (previously part of Waterstones bookshop).
A new glazed atrium will link the two buildings, visually and physically connecting the various spaces, which will contain restaurants, café and a gourmet deli and food shop.
