We are delighted to have received planning approval for this in-fill mixed-use development off Meath Street in the heart of Dublin’s new “hip” quarter, The Liberties.
The project contains retail/café use at ground level, with six apartments, office units and a roof garden. High-quality materials and finishes are proposed, with the entire façade finished in brick, with distinctive cladding to the balcony reveals.
