Glenageary Village Centre

Description: This scheme was well developed before the recession took hold, halting its progress.

Planning permission was sought for a significant mixed-use scheme, a new village centre, predominantly a retail centre with units of varying sizes and arranged to create streets and a central plaza. A wide mix of uses were proposed on upper floors, including restaurants, a gym, medical centre, apartments, offices and a nursing home. All car-parking and servicing was located underground in a two-storey basement, leaving the streets car-free.
