The Chancery Hotel

Horan Rainsford provided both Architectural and Interior Design services for this project, allowing us an opportunity to not only enhance the streetscape, but to also ensure a holistic experience for guests of the hotel, maintaining our design intent from exterior and right through the interiors. We aspired to squeeze a significant building – 10-storey’s in all – into what is a relatively small, infill site. the building was space-engineered to the last millimeter, ultimately providing a total of 153 bedrooms, yet providing a high-quality hotel which attained a LEED Gold sustainability rating
