The Grafton Hotel

The existing hotel contains 74 bedrooms over a triple-level nightclub and bar complex which, due to the changing social scene of the city centre, is no longer a viable entity.

We obtained planning approval for the removal of the nightclub and roof-top plant, to be replaced by an additional 52 bedrooms, whilst creating a vibrant ground floor café/bar/restaurant space that will enhance the adjacent streetscape.
