Office Fit-out, Blackrock

The fit-out design brief  for this remodelled 1980’s office building called for a more sophisticated take on a typical tech fit-out, celebrating and emphasizing the existing structure where possible.  A mixture of exposed services, raft ceilings, lighting, day lighting, natural materials and finishes with a lush complement of plants have afforded the space a calm yet inspiring work environment.

To maximise the ceiling heights within the existing structure, considerable thought and care was given to the coordination of services, structure and interior finishes, ensuring the optimum floor to ceiling height.
