Block 4 Extension

The new owners of certain blocks within the Business Park identified the potential for additional office space at roof level. We undertook studies for various options, and subsequently obtained planning permission for a single level of c.500 sq.m, in a simple glazed form with small terraces at either end. The space will benefit from panoramic views from the Dublin mountains, towards the city, and Dublin bay.
