The Grafton Hotel just reopened after an 18-month refurbishment.
The original hotel contained 74 bedrooms over an extensive triple-level nightclub and bar complex.
The redevelopment delivered an additional 53 bedrooms through careful internal re-planning and an additional penthouse level.
Working closely with the client team we provided additional interior services for the fit-out of all bedrooms and social spaces delivering a unique product to the Irish hotel market. A distinctive bronzed entrance pavilion was designed to complete the development and hotel re-branding
