White Sands Hotel

Our clients recently acquired this long-established hotel, and sought to explore the potential to improve its facilities: the bar and restaurant had largely turned its back on the wonderful and expansive views from Ireland’s Eye to Howth and Lambay Island, and a sea tarmac presented a very poor front to the hotel.

We proposed the opening of the bar/restaurant onto a large terrace to the front, using the natural slope of the site to maximise the views whilst concealing the car-park. New signage and minimal interventions to the existing structures would result in minimal cost but highly effective return on investment.
