Textile House

The mixed use development will provide a mix of restaurant, retail, hotel and residential across 8 storeys and a double basement. It is proposed to provide 61 additional  bedrooms for the nearby Grafton Hotel over ground floor retail and restaurant units, with 6 independently accessible apartments on the upper levels. 

White colour brick and tile cladding are proposed in combination with the stone cladding. The tile cladding has been selected for the retail areas at ground floor level for its quality and high end finish. It is proposed to use textured tile cladding in certain areas, making an attractive composition while being functional for its strength and stability of colour.
