St James, Cross Avenue

Horan Rainsford provided both Architectural and Interior Design services for this project. A boutique development of seven newly-built detached homes is ideally located on Cross Avenue in Blackrock, one of South Dublin’s most prestigious and desirable addresses. These homes, with impeccable detailing and high-spec finishes, boast spacious interiors of approximately 218 sq.m (2,347 sq.ft). Each house is equipped with a private internal elevator, providing convenient access to all three floors, making them truly ‘lifetime’ homes.
