Monkstown Valley

The practice prepared the masterplan for this 13-hectare sylvan site in Monkstown, an upmarket coastal suburb, containing a total of xx housing units of varying size and type.

The site was divided into 13 distinct ‘clusters’, each with its own character and identity. This allowed for the phased construction of the overall development without undue inconvenience to new residents. The landscaping plays a crucial role in mitigating against the high-density.
