Planning permission has been granted for a new 244-bed, 8,400 sq.m, hotel located on the burgeoning Distillery tourist trail, in the heart of the Liberties area of Dublin.

Tucked away behind Meath Street and Thomas Street, with pedestrian access via the historic Molyneux Yard alleyway, this 8-storey (over double basement) hotel will form the back-drop to a new public square. Careful massing and detailing, and the use of high-quality materials, has answered the commercial requirements of the end-user, whilst also con­tributing positively to the regeneration of the local community and environment.
