HSE Ashbourne

High Street Ashbourne is a large town-centre development constructed early last decade, with apartments over retail units at ground level. However, retail units on the periphery have struggled to find tenants. Meanwhile, the HSE have begun to enlarge their presence in Ashbourne.

We have recently obtained planning permission to change the use of some of these retail units to medical/consulting use, with fit-out works due to commence mid-to-late 2017 on two large units.
