Finglas Village

This scheme envisages the replacement of the existing pub with a high-quality apartment building with ground floor retail units: this is a prominent site in Finglas village on the main arterial route into the city centre, referred to as a ‘Gateway’ in the city development plan, allowing for a high-density development (280 units/ha.). 56 apartments are proposed with retail units at ground level and car-parking and ancillary services in a single-level basement.
