Block 1 Extension

One of the original blocks constructed in the mid-‘90’s, Block 1 was designated a ‘light-industrial’ unit under the zoning objectives of the time. Subsequent development plans have allowed for significant increases in density: this proposal will increase the building’s gross area by 50% (c. 500 sq.m). The entire building will receive a face-lift, greatly improving its presence within the park.
