Blessington Street

This scheme is a small infill development of just two apartments (one 2-bed and one 3-bed) on a back-land site to the rear of a terrace of Georgian houses. The dense urban context and irregularly shaped site necessitated careful handling of the form and control of overlooking and overshadowing, whilst providing for well-planned, high amenity dwellings. Planning approval was granted from the council without conditions
