8 Dawson Street

8 Dawson Street consists of two separate buildings: a fine Georgian house to the front and a former church hall to the rear (previously part of Waterstones bookshop).

A new glazed atrium will link the two buildings, visually and physically connecting the various spaces, which will contain restaurants, café and a gourmet deli and food shop. This is a complex project due to the protected structure status, fire safety issues and planning considerations.
