Baggot Street

The proposed development will consist of the demolition of the existing buildings on site and the construction of a six-storey building plus basement.  The development will bring renewed life to this section baggot street and activate the surrounding lane ways through a new sustainable and adaptable structure that will house 23no. apartments, a best in class hotel, new retail and restaurant spaces at ground floor as well as a gym and cafe/restaurant space on the lower ground floor.
