‘Renesca’ is a boutique development of 33 luxurious apartments on the elegant and quiet Cross Avenue, between Blackrock and Booterstown.

The development is conceived as a terrace of ‘townhouses’, positioned to ensure the preservation of the mature trees along the road frontage to the north; all car-parking is at basement level, with pedestrian entrances leading directly from Cross Avenue through the landscaped gardens.
