33 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay

Initially designed as a speculative office building, it was acquired by a prominent law firm, prior to construction, for their own use. The building benefitted by evolving to a purpose-built environment: 4,800sq.m of office accommodation & a street level restaurant was provided, designed to maximise the potential of its river frontage and views to the new Convention Centre & Samuel Beckett bridge.
