Planning Granted for a 125 Bedroom Hotel at Pembroke Street Lower

Planning has been granted for a new facade for our hotel project at 16-18 Pembroke Street Lower. The proposed façade will feature brick with interspersed red sandstone and ceramic detailing. The demolition of the original 1950s facade will allow for the provision of an additional 22 bedrooms and provide the 125 bedroom 4 star hotel a modern identity nestled in the heart of Georgian Dublin.
