Dublin City Council have approved our plans for a 56-bed “boutique” hotel at this great location next to Merrion Square.
The hotel will enliven the currently dead street frontages, with a generous entrance colonnade and a large lobby/restaurant space; a roof-top restaurant/bar with terraces promises to be a fantastic social space, echoing Oakmount’s existing hotel, The Dean, at Harcourt Street.
