Dublin City University is Ireland's fastest growing University. Known as Ireland's "University of Enterprise" it is a research-intensive, globally-engaged, dynamic institution and is the only Irish University ranked in the QS Top 50 Universities in the world under 50 years old.
We have had the opportunity to work with DCU's Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences who required a new language laboratory for the School of Applied Languages and Intercultural Studies (SALIS). Our services included design, statutory compliance to increase the capacity of existing lab spaces while also helping to enhance the teaching experience for staff and students. The refurbishment and upgrade of existing teaching spaces provided collaborative teaching labs and workspaces for SALIS to allow them to offer a multilingual and multicultural teaching environment for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
