Blessington Street | Planning granted
July 14, 2017
Our little infill scheme, on a tricky and constrained ‘back-land’ site, has just received planning approval from Dublin City Council. Another planning process successfully negotiated.
This is but a small in-fill development, containing just two apartments, but one that we designed with enthusiasm: the multiple constraints (narrow, back-land site behind period late-Georgian houses, existing occupants etc), provided a particular challenge. One 2-bed and one 3-bed apartment are proposed, over ground level stores and other facilities that will be shared with the occupants of the existing house, along with a communal landscaped courtyard garden.
