Rathmines Hotel

This hotel, located in the centre of Rathmines village, was dominated by a superpub/nightclub, spread over the ground and first floors, and which was especially popular with students. Bedrooms above were arranged as ‘apart-hotel’ rooms, which took a secondary role to the nightclub below.

The new owner has sought to improve the hotel’s facilities, provide additional bedrooms, and replace the nightclub with, at ground level, retail space, and additional bedrooms on the first floor.
