Pembroke Street Hotel

This project, for which we recently secured planning approval is for a new build 125 bedroom hotel with bar, restaurant and public areas, all to a 4-star grade.

Sandwiched between protected structures in the prime Georgian core of the city, the intervention has required careful design and negotiation with Planners and neighbours to elicit a successful outcome. Drawing cues from the historical context, the proposed façade will feature brick with interspersed red sandstone and ceramic detailing to provide the hotel with modern identity nestled in the heart of Georgian Dublin.
