Mount Street

As an alternative to the hotel option (for which we have obtained planning permission), we prepared an alternative scheme for the site: the existing pub/nightclub would again be replaced by a contemporary building of c.2,875 sq.m, containing primarily office accommodation, but with a large bar/restaurant space at ground and basement levels.

The careful core planning allowed for set-backs on multiple sides at upper levels, whilst maximising the perimeter glazing.
