Knocksinna’ is a small infill luxury development of just 3 dwellings, along with the refurbishment and extensions to the existing 1930s International Style house. New dwellings, at 450 sq.m, contain expansive internal spaces including large habitable basement rooms, yet still achieve a very high Building Energy Rating (A3, with air-tightness rating of just 0.63ac/hr).
