The development will consist of the change of use of the basement and ground floor levels from car park and retail uses to restaurant use and ancillary areas and the construction of a setback 2 storey extension (including terraces) at roof level, setback from William Street South and Drury Street, to accommodate additional office floorspace.

A key aspect of the project is the repurposing of the existing structure and recladding we new high performance thermal envelope
