White colour brick and tile cladding are proposed in combination with the stone cladding. The tile cladding has been selected for the retail areas at ground floor level for its quality and high end finish. It is proposed to use textured tile cladding in certain areas, making an attractive composition while being functional for its strength and stability of colour.
