36 Main Street
We operate from our own purpose-built studio at 36 Main Street in Blackrock village. Formerly the rear yard with access from Idrone Lane, careful manipulation of the rear facade and control of overlooking of private gardens, allowed for a three-storey structure containing two floors of office space linked by a double-height void, with a meeting room and car-parking at ground level.
High quality materials – stone, zinc and steel detailing – and high thermal efficiency are distinguishing features of the building.
